PAYMENT Whilst we are not able to accept direct payments by way of Credit Cards, we may be able to make arrangements for credit card purchases by way of Paypal, please enquire direct to us. We would prefer payment to be made by way of a cheque or Bank Draft in £ sterling (UK Currency) and drawn on a UK Bank. We do however appreciate that some purchasers may experience problems in obtaining such a payment from their Bank (for some reason it would appear that such problems are only experienced in the USA. Quite why USA Banks seem unable to provide this service we do not know - it is standard Banking practise elsewhere) However for those purchasers who are unable to provide payment in this manner we are able to accept payment in other currencies by way of Inter Bank Transfer. The following however should be noted. Payments made by way of Inter Bank Transfer in currencies other than sterling are subjected to a charge of £8 by the Banks in the UK for accepting and converting into sterling to enable payment to be credited to our account, these charges will naturally have to be absorbed by the purchaser. The purchaser's Bank will itself also charge for this service and purchasers should ensure when instructing their Bank to make the payment that they are fully aware that ALL CHARGES are to be met by the purchaser, the amount required must be the amount we receive - i.e. no other charges deducted. If purchasers choose to make payment in other currencies it is impossible for us to know exactly at this moment in time what the relevant exchange rate of the various currencies will be at the time the payment instruction is made. For that reason purchasers should contact us at the time they intend to instruct their Bank to make the payment and we will then be able to more accurately assess the amount required in their currency. We will also at that time be able to advise them direct of the receiving Bank details. Because of these problems it is far easier if purchasers can obtain a sterling draft from their Bank.
