To pre order simply forward your order and payment to the Editor, see our Contacts page for address. Payment must be made either by way of cheques drawn on a UK Bank and expressed in GBP or for those folk overseas by way of Paypal (see details below). We can in exceptional circumstances make arrangements for foreign currency cheques or inter bank transfers, please contact us direct for further details.

To assist overseas folk we have made arrangements for payments to be made using Paypal. Those who do not have a Paypal account but wish to use this system of payment can easily open a Paypal account. simply go to http://www.paypal.com and complete the relevant instructions. Once logged in to your Paypal Account simply click on 'Send Money', complete the payment instruction form quoting the receiving e-mail address of d.ashdown@tiscali.co.uk . Please ensure that your full name and address is quoted along with confirmation of the number of Books you require. Please note you MUST make the payment instruction in British Pounds for the relevant amount and not in any other currency. Postage must of course also be included in the payment made and you will also need to cover the small charges made by Paypal. Collectors Edition

The Collector’s Edition will have a number of features designed to make it unusual and exclusive. It is intended for book collectors, investors and people wanting a very special present for some-one at Christmas – or for themselves, of course. They are: -

• All books will be numbered 1 – 50 and will be signed by both Mike Foster and Deirdre Ashdown. They will be dedicated if the recipients wish it.
• The book covers and the presentation box covers will have lettering in gold foil and “Collector’s Edition” printed in gold foil.
• The Collector’s Edition will have two exclusive Bookmarks, one featuring the Papillon and one the Phalene, printed both sides, (in addition to the CISPAP’s own 2 bookmarks, making four in all). The Collector’s Edition Bookmarks will be limited to 50 of each and will not be for sale. They will be printed only for the Collector’s Edition. Their nature is very special and original – so much so that we are telling you nothing more about them at present!
• There are approximately 550 pieces of original full colour art work in the CISPAP, mainly drawings to accompany the text and photographs, of course. But they include around 50 coloured ornamental drawings, such as the title page, endplate (“And So To Bed….”), book and box covers, etc. One of these will be selected for the Collector’s Edition own print, limited to only 50 copies, signed and numbered; dedicated on request. They will be the highest quality giclee prints. They will not be for sale, and no additional prints will ever be produced.
